I value 4 things when choosing a contractor for house work. Pricing, competency, communication, and dependability. Josh, Tim, and crew met our expectations on the job we gave them to execute. These gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure our home was safe and the job was completed. We were genuinely impressed the their quality of work. Should the opportunity arise for us to require their services again we wont hesitate to use them.

Josh was very responsive, professional, and thorough. He and his team came out to inspect our crawl space, talked with me about his findings, and then emailed me a plan for remediation. I appreciated him treating us like friends and giving us advice on prioritizing the remediation plan. He came recommended to me by our mold inspector and I am happy to recommend him to others!

The team was very professional and very good people. They stayed In touch with me and kept me updated with any changes. And most of all they worked with me and my wife's work schedule which helped tremendously, since we both work first shift at our jobs. When i came to their office I was remembered by my name and greeted with a smile which was awesome. Highly recommend DRYmedic for their professionalism and service. 10 out of 10

I didn't know I had BAD mold problems in my home. I called several different companies for a quote and decided to go with this company. One of the best decisions I ever made. Joshua and his crew was professional and did a fantastic job. Joshua called me every day during the process to informed me of the work they were doing and informed me of problems that occurred . He also recommended companies he uses to repair the walls and floors. But get this, Joshua called me several weeks later to check to see how the work was going ... read more

In May of this year I found out my water filtration had been leaking under my sink into my drywall. I had Drymedic come out and they were able to safely get rid of the mold and all that was effected. Then they dried up all that moisture so there was no further damage. Everything from my cabinets to counter and sink were kept in great condition and made build back very easy. I'm very happy with the work they had done. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.
