They have a system where you can see pictures & notes of the project in progress which was very helpful since I didn't live at the property. I had a flood in my basement. The DRYmedic crew cleaned up the damage quickly. They were very professional. Obviously, no one wants to experience a flood, but I would highly recommend DRYmedic.
No one wants to deal with emergencies in their home, but Drymedic honestly made our situation so much better. They came out within hours of us contacting them to clear out and sanitize our basement that had several inches of sewage back up. My experience with the DRYmedic team has been wonderful! They took the water out of my house which was dirty and nasty. I'm so glad I found them! I hope I never need to see them again but if I do I always hope Simon comes to the rescue!
