I called DryMedic Alpharetta at 7:30am when I just found out the flooded basement and they came 45 minutes later. Then they started the process of removing water from the surfaces and water mitigation process right away and did not stopped until week later my basement was dry and ready for rebuilding and reconstruction process. DryMedic and their team did a great job drying, cleaning and decontaminating my flooded basement. They came in right when the emergency started and quickly got to work. They accompanied me and advised through the entire process until we were dry and ready for a rebuild. Their team was prepared, very professional and always on time. Thank you so much DRYmedic for doing an excellent job with the encapsulation of my crawlspace and getting rid of all the mold too. Crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out with a fully loaded large van and got to work right away. Thank you Juan for explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions. I would recommend DRYmedic if you need help with crawlspaces and mold remediation!!!
