We hired drymedic for our basement restoration from flooding. They were very professional throughout the process. They also helped make all the insurance process easy with sending over all the necessary paperwork for the claims process. Luis was our primary point of contact and was great to work with. Jesus was incredible! Very fast response from the company in coming out to my home to investigate what I thought was mold. He was very thorough in his evaluation and filled me in as he looked through every nook and cranny in my home. He provided some great recommendations but wasn’t salesy at all. I will for sure be using Jesus for any restoration needs moving forward. Thanks Jesus and DRYmedic!

Dry medic was amazing. They were prompt, thorough, and efficient. Luis was my contact and he was very professional and explained the process completely. When the job was completed it looked amazing and everything was cleaned and put back together. I would recommend dry medic everyday of the week.
