Dan and his team did a wonderful job drying out my basement after an emergency flood. They had quick response times and were very flexible with scheduling needs. The team was very professional and they made things clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend using this company!
Dan with DRYmedic was incredible! Not only did he respond to my call the same day, he was at our house the following day and ready to start remediation within the week. Dan listened to my concerns with my mold allergy and took them seriously, using every precaution to make sure my home environment stayed safe. He even spoke to our insurance company to help us get financial compensation! I would recommend DRYmedic to anyone at any time!
Dan and his team were a delight to work with. Dan was not willing to just tear up the walls first and hope to find moisture. He determined where the moisture was before committing to cutting into the wall. They were very careful about putting up a containment barrier keeping the bad stuff away from the rest of the house. He kept his equipment in place as long as it was needed to thoroughly dry out the wet area without charging more than originally quoted. Two thumbs up! 👍🏻 👍🏻
