They made good preparations in covering the floor and steps leading to the infected area. They closed off the area that was affected and began to work. They carried out all the contaminated things that were in the room. And they cleaned the area and after removing all affected parts. Then they were tired to clean the area and remove what was needed they washed all the walls and disinfected it. Although we were put into a unfortunate situation created by the home builder, that we hired to put a new addition on to our home. We were never, "dried in" as we were told and reaasured that we are dry. We had a severe amount of water damage done to our home because of it, resulting it into having black mold issues. Dan with DRYmedic was incredible! Not only did he respond to my call the same day, he was at our house the following day and ready to start remediation within the week. Dan listened to my concerns with my mold allergy and took them seriously, using every precaution to make sure my home environment stayed safe.
