I was very pleased with DRYmedic crew that handled my water job. Scott did a great job at preparing everything and sending his guys Cody and Tevin to complete the job. They were knowledgeable and hardworking. They made sure all items that were damaged was taken out and used various fans to dry my floors. Scott MacMaster and his team were quick to respond. They knew how to work well with our insurance company. They have knowledgeable people working for them that we could trust in our home around our children. They fixed our water leaks and we are pleased with our updated bathroom remodel in our little girl's bathroom.
Taylor from Drymedic was very responsive, polite and helpful. All communications were responded to within 24 hours. The team was always their when they said they were and the work was good. I had worked with another vendor in the past and the craftmanship of this repair process was better and faster.
DRYmedic was very responsive and came out same day we called. Scott checked things out carefully and gave us sound advice. The best thing was he did not try to sell us something we did not need. Would highly recommend these folks!
I work around all kind of contractors on a daily basis, so when I was in need of one with a plumbing emergency that flooded our kitchen area & crawl space, DRYmedic was a referral to us from our plumber.
