I was very pleased with DRYmedic crew that handled my water job. Scott did a great job at preparing everything and sending his guys Cody and Tevin to complete the job. They were knowledgeable and hardworking. They made sure all items that were damaged was taken out and used various fans to dry my floors. If you have to have the work done, these are the guys to do it! Such a pleasant and efficient team. They are so knowledgeable and have been consistently updating me every step of the clean-up! Martin, Cody, and Lee have definitely brought an ease of mind to our very frustrating and inconvenient situation. They are considerate, courteous, and respectful of our home space and time.
Scott MacMaster and his team were quick to respond. They knew how to work well with our insurance company. They have knowledgeable people working for them that we could trust in our home around our children. They fixed our water leaks and we are pleased with our updated bathroom remodel in our little girl's bathroom.
We had house flooding in early April 2025. Scott’s team arrived within a few hours of our call for help and worked several hours without a break to remove debris/water, cleaning everything with disinfectants, and setting up fans and dehumidifiers, both in and under our house. Martin is the nicest and most thorough and hardest worker. He took such detailed pictures of every step of the process to gut and dry out my bathroom from a leak we had. He explained every step and what the equipment was for and then showed me the next day the new levels proving the room is now at completely normal levels of moisture. I’m so thankful.
