Scott MacMaster and his team were quick to respond. They knew how to work well with our insurance company. They have knowledgeable people working for them that we could trust in our home around our children. They fixed our water leaks and we are pleased with our updated bathroom remodel in our little girl's bathroom.
They are the real deal! The owner was extremely knowledgeable about not only water remediation but also the construction & build-back side. This combo made us feel peace in our crisis. We received excellent service from Scott and the guys at Dry Medic. We hired them to remediate mold in our crawl space and ended up expanding the scope to include more. Our house was constantly damp and humid causing mold to grow in the grout in our newly tiled shower and even in our kids beds. Dry Medic sent Cody and Martin to the house and they were great. My kids overflowed the sink in our upstairs bathroom. We had gone to dinner and came home. Drymedic and the team were there within an hour of when we called to deal with our water damage. The team was courteous and clean as they left the house. Right now I recommend Drymedic to anyone that has water damage in their house.
