Nicholas is a friendly, courteous technician that went over every detail of our hot water heater replacement. Very professional and knowledgeable explaining the differences between the two brands of water heaters offered. Expert care was taken protecting our home during the installation. Would highly recommend Donnelly’s to anyone entire experience was great from initial call to completion of the work. If we could give more than 5 ⭐️ we would.
So far, so good! Donnelly's sent Khalij out a couple of weeks ago to assess our mini-splits for some cleaning and maintenance. I knew they desperately needed to be cleaned! He came out, gave me a quick and fair estimate, and got started. He needed to come back to finish it, and he did that today. I really enjoyed having him here! He was a super pleasant guy, and he explained everything needed. Awesome experience. Totally recommend.
This was my first time using Donnelly's. I wanted a local company with the professionalism and reliability of a large company. Donnelly's was the perfect match for me. They fixed my HVAC and replaced the Sump Pump with a battery backup system, which without one, had overflowed during a recent storm.
