Just had Don Green Electric return to check on a lighting issue regarding a previous installation. The work as it turned out fell under their work guarantee and warranty. The Technician, Nicholas Lopez, was quick to diagnose a neutral wire connection from a wall switch to the overhead kitchen light that required further tightening. He contacted his boss at the main office for confirmation of the diagnosis and work requirements under the company warranty where in turn they waived any trip charges and repair fees etc. for the ... read more
