Ricardo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! He took his time to find my true issue, identified potential future problems and fixed my thermostat! I initially thought it was going to be much more in depth and expensive issue. Ricardo's integrity is commendable! Definitely recommend and request Ricardo if you get the chance! You won't be disappointed.

Riccardo was excellent. Showed up right on schedule. He explained clearly what he was doing to diagnose the issue and provided a few options to resolve the issue. He cleaned up thoroughly. He was very pleasant to interact with and took pride in his work. He explained how he ran water throughout the pipes and that flow was correct and fixed the pitch as it was incorrect from prior work done before we owned the home. I recently sought a second opinion regarding the recommended repairs from my maintenance plan check-up. The technician from Comfort Land quoted me between $700–$1,700 for the repair. However, the second opinion I received estimated the cost at just $70, suggesting the issue might simply be a capacitor replacement, which most other companies maintenance plans cover. Mike came out on a 91 degree Saturday afternoon to diagnose an A/C cooling problem. He walked me through the whole system, tracing what could possibly be the issue, while teaching me what everything does. Found out we just needed to replace the fan compressor, but it's nice having better insight on how my system works. Great job!
