We had a great experience with our technician, Brandon. He was incredibly hardworking and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He spent nearly 1–2 hours on a Sunday thoroughly diagnosing our AC issue, only to discover it was actually an electrical problem outside of his scope. Was without A/C for 5 Days while trying to find a good reliable company to do our repairs! Noel (who was great!) came out same day as our call to give me a quote! By the next day he had our installer Paul Ortega (who was also great!) Come install our knew unit! After 6 days we were taken care of within less than 24 hours! I couldn't say enough kind words towards both of the guys who helped get us back up and running! Extremely Professional and Friendly Service all the way around!!

We were having problems with our AC. After looking at reviews, I decided to try Comfortland heating and cooling. Ricardo came out, and he was great. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I'm definitely glad I went with this company.

I’m an AC professional in another state but my mom lives in Texas, so I needed to find a trustworthy company to take care of her when her system went down on Tuesday. Comfort Land came out the same day, gave her a good diagnosis, and even talked to me over the phone so I could give the repair the thumbs up. Honest company, fast service, and fair prices. I’d absolutely tell her to call them again if her system gives her more problems in the future (hopefully no time soon)

Riccardo was excellent. Showed up right on schedule. He explained clearly what he was doing to diagnose the issue and provided a few options to resolve the issue. He cleaned up thoroughly. He was very pleasant to interact with and took pride in his work. He explained how he ran water throughout the pipes and that flow was correct and fixed the pitch as it was incorrect from prior work done before we owned the home. Thank you Riccardo and Comfort Land!
