Justin did a great job changing out our water heater. He explained everything well and was a really nice guy besides. He was coming for a quote but ended up doing the job that same day. Took lots of care bringing the new one in and the old one out. Clean up was good too. No issues, highly recommend.
The guys came out for me today to do a service of my HVAC system before the weather starts to get warm, and I needed a new garbage disposal. The office was able to send out Orlando and Hawk out to get my job done on the same day. Both guys were very professional and thorough. They explained what they were doing the whole time. Now I'm ready for summer and new disposal won't let me down. Highly recommend .

Justin did a fantastic job of explaining what was wrong, setting expectations around how long it would take to fix, and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. He also provided great information and detail on the root of the problem. Highly recommend!
They installed my system new. I found some small issues with the initial installation that pointed to poor craftsmanship. Parts and trash left laying. Seals not put in place. By the second season the system lost nearly all the refrigerant. I had another company come out and found a pin hole in the evaporator coil and a sheet of paper covering a quarter of the coil.
