Top Notch Service all around; the customer service representive was kind and empathetic to our situtaion; the sales representive was thorough in his evaluation and what needed to be done in order to resolve the issue. Scheduler/ Manager was efficent and made the scheduling process easy and stress free. The workers did a fantastic job and stay out til late in teh night to make sure this was cared for.
Paul was absolutely amazing! Kind & professional, he immediately recognized the problem as a true professional. Left to get the new water heater extension tank at their facility, came back and did the work within an hour. Speedy, professional, knowledgeable. Thank you so much! Called on a Sunday because I had very slow drainage of water in my kitchen sink before the past 2 weeks. They scheduled me in and Justin came out Monday morning. He took about 5-10 minutes to figure out what the issue was. He Came back within 10 minutes with a quote. I got the work done the same day, he was extremely professional, very efficient, got it done quickly and left no mess behind. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.
They responded and had a plumber on-site within the hour. Price was true to quote, project finished in great time, and Justin worked so well with the other contractors we had! Justin was so kind, very informative, and got the job done with no hassle.
They were incredibly helpful and supportive on the phone when I called to make the appointment. Scheduling was fast and flexible. Their tech arrived on time. He was friendly and professional.
