Even though the call resulted in the issue not being something this company was responsible for completing, the person was kind, and took the time to explain what I needed to do, to get the hot water tank going and stove to function again. Thank you for not viewing the trip a waste of your time.

My experience with S & D was great. After having my sink back up, I was googling and saw their page. I didn’t schedule at the time but received a call from Lisa this morning. She was excellent and able ti get me in today while working around my schedule. Travis G was great. Answered my questions and was thorough with getting the issue resolved!
It was an amazing experience with S&D Plumbing. Within two days they came by to provide a quote and to get the job done. Very friendly receptionist Desiree Moreland and very polite crew on jobsite. Shout out the Kyle Leeper and Angel Falcón, very professional and highly skilled. I would recommend them to all friends and family. Western Pacific will be using these guys on future needs
Carson and Esteban were wonderful. they took on a very difficult rerouting of lines to restore service from a leaking copper line in our slab. The manifolds were not where they were expected and should have been, as a result difficult to find. They kept at it and created a solution and installed the solution. The whole while they kept us updated on the status and answered all questions. Frequently checked that they were providing adequate home owner training and best practices. We had an exterior pipe freeze during recent cold snap. S&D came out next day and fixed cracked pipe. Great work, great service and very friendly personnel. I was provided a fixed price to repair the damage before work began. Great local firm that we highly recommend!
