Had an issue with no hot water in the shower — usually a sign of a bad cartridge, which is a pretty simple fix. Scheduling was smooth, and the plumber arrived right on time, which I appreciated. But then came the quote: over $1,900 to replace three cartridges. That’s just way over the top for a job like this. After some back and forth, they did offer a $200 discount, but even with that, the price was still outrageous for what should be a relatively quick and basic repair. Anthony came out troubleshoot our issue diagnosed, went got part returned replaced and left all working properly. Checked water hardness and removed gaudy shower fixture. Very calm and thorough and efficient. Thanks
Had a leak in our tub and shower area knowing it was either the tub spout or drain. The tech they send tried to charge $560 “diagnostic fee” to essentially find out what we told them the issue was. Also tried to charge a $75 fee to show up. Needless to say we sent him packing. Had a more local guy come out. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue within 30 minutes. I called about a sluggishly draining faucet and was able to have a plumber arrive the following day. Zen was the plumber who came; he diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it in the same day. I always appreciate how this company is upfront with their pricing and reviews all options before starting any work. Will continue to use and refer our friends/neighbors to them.
Zen was great, He worked diligently to figure out what the problem was with our sink. He even helped fix an unexpected small issue with our water heater when he happened to notice it. Super easy to work with and clear about pricing and what to expect from the service.
