Poor communication, delays, and no follow-up BFP replaced the water lines in my home and did get me on the schedule fast so I could use my water, but that is where the good service ended. They told me it would take 2 days, so the crew came day 1 and replaced the inside, but when no one showed up day 2 to complete the outside I called. Zero star I had really hard time With this company I wish I didn’t even think to hire them to repipe my Home ,first I called after I get leak in my house from the old pipe , I get the Technician his name Greg he give me estimate for $ 8000 to pipe the cold and hot pipe in the home and he will talk for discount with his manger (will) and the water heater for $2500 so i said I will check the prices I found the water heater for $580 after. Old water heater was leaking so I got a water heater from Home Depot and Benjamin Franklin installed it for me. They were fast, friendly, and professional. Making an appointment was very easy, they gave me free estimates for using their water heaters or mine. I'm very happy with the service.
Kevin West came out and fixed our shower in 2 seconds. We couldn’t get the spout to twist on and actually had another plumber service, roto-rooter come out and they quoted us $1450 to repair. 🥲 Thank you, Kevin, for your outstanding service!!! To top it off he was so kind. We need more people like Kevin in this world.
