David did a fantastic job at every step of the process. I knew it was time to replace our water heater, and David answered all of my questions, ran through all of the options and scenarios, and complete a perfect installation. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and he left the garage clean and tidy. The new lines look great.

We recently used Benjamin Franklin plumbing to repair a broken toilet. Our technician was professional and very friendly. He gave us options of how to have the toilet repaired and once we chose our option, he explained all of the work he was going to do and completed the work in a timely manner. We were very happy with the work from our technician.

Qua'shawun and Dan went above and beyond. I had a major repair. They gave me two options with one being most cost effective. During the repair they ran into many obstacles, and could have taken the easy way out by telling just to do the more expensive option. However, they worked hard and used all the skill of their trade to ensure the fix was done right and at the right price. After less than a minute looking at our hot water heater, the tech pulled out his pad and said "we can install a new one for $4,600" and never even took his ear buds out which were blaring loud music. We showed him it was a simple repair if a fitting and he then quoted us $450 for the repair "but as soon as I try to change it our it'll break off and you'll be buying a new one anyway." Richard and Kevin were fantastic and very friendly and personable as well as professional. The job was a bit more expensive than we were expecting it to be but plumbing jobs are often costly. The main point is that the job was completed and the work was done to our satisfaction.
