Aaron Kel was amazing to work with. He gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision and when we told him we needed to stay on a budget, he wasn’t put off and willingly showed us our options to bring the price down. Howard came to the house to replace our garbage disposal. While he was there, I was able to ask him about a leak in our bathroom. He was able to provide us a quote to fix the leak immediately in the shower and the toilet. We decided to replace the toilet and he was able to price and complete the entire job right then. Ryan was great, did fine work, offered alot of information we had not been offered before. However, we were scheduled between 2p and 6p, he didn't show until maybe 8p and left maybe 10p. We checked in multiple times on status because no one called to update. Cost of the work seems way too high, quotes for other work outrageous. We really liked Ryan's approach but will probably look at other companies for future needs.
