I could not possibly be MORE pleased! I’m thrilled! When Ryan arrived, I expected his visit to be the first of several to complete the job. But he showed up with EVERYTHING he needed to finish the job- the faucets, the food disposal, and most importantly, the knowledge to fix the leaks in my kitchen on day-one. Ryan was efficient and patient- he knew what had to be done, explained everything to me, and got the job done. I’m beyond satisfied. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin. I highly recommend Ryan.
I’m very happy with the job that Ryan from Benjamin Franklin did. He fixed my toilet with new parts and now it flushes like it did when it was brand new! He was neat and clean, wearing booties into my house. And he was super-friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
Found problem right away and worked with his manager to get me a good deal . It was a broken faucet not a line. Purchased a new faucet from them . Very happy- he has a lot of experience and knowledge!! Thanks Ryan!!!
Mike was our plumber and was great. Fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes charging less than $200 which gave us water again. He was on time and told us to reach out if we had any problems. Very professional. Only qualm is that I was quoted $89 emergency service fee since it was a Sunday and I understand; the qualm is because I was called 4 hours after scheduling and 1 hour before the appointment and informed I was given the wrong quote and that it was actually $189 for someone to come on a Sunday and asked if I’d still l... read more
