I could not possibly be MORE pleased! I’m thrilled! When Ryan arrived, I expected his visit to be the first of several to complete the job. But he showed up with EVERYTHING he needed to finish the job- the faucets, the food disposal, and most importantly, the knowledge to fix the leaks in my kitchen on day-one. Ryan was efficient and patient- he knew what had to be done, explained everything to me, and got the job done. I’m beyond satisfied. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin. I highly recommend Ryan.
Ryan did an excellent job diagnosing my problem. He called before arriving and arrived on time. Not only did he fix my problem, he explained everything to me that he would be doing, made me aware of the costs, and discussed needed repairs related to other plumbing issues. I am pleased with the work Ryan completed.
Found problem right away and worked with his manager to get me a good deal . It was a broken faucet not a line. Purchased a new faucet from them . Very happy- he has a lot of experience and knowledge!! Thanks Ryan!!!
I’m very happy with the job that Ryan from Benjamin Franklin did. He fixed my toilet with new parts and now it flushes like it did when it was brand new! He was neat and clean, wearing booties into my house. And he was super-friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
