I called on a Wednesday afternoon suspecting that one of my exterior hose bibs was frozen, it was encased in ice. I was able to get an appointment for Friday, when the temps were forecasted to get above freezing. You know what happens to frozen pipes when they thaw. Aaron and Tyler arrived on schedule, were very professional and competent. They explained what needed to be done, and got it done very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA! Aaron showed up the same day I called. He was thorough and worked very quickly! He found the busted pipe in the wall, fixed it quickly, and was able to restore the water to my house. I will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any and all plumbing problems in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know!

We had Dillion come out and check our old hot water tank. Ended up needing a new one and went with a tankless water heater. He showed back up as expected with a nice new Navien tank. Awesome service and install along with his partner, Red (Trent). Both great guys. Highly recommend. Dillion was also very responsive and returned calls promptly.
