Initially, I left a 5 star review thinking everything was good. Then... A half hour or so later the same drips that I had when I did the p trap myself were present. Then a few hours later, I noticed that the plumber had moved the sink!! It is a farmhouse sink, and I hadn't siliconed it yet so you could move it, but not easily. He had rotated slightly and moved back and to the right at least a half inch. Incredible experience with the Benjamin Franklin team. I was having issues with my washer drain being slow to drain, and Matt sent Rhodes out to assess the situation. He ran a camera to reveal years of build up. They were able to hydro jet the lines, and actually clean out my grinder box as well all in the same day. Rhodes and his team knocked it out of the park! My guy Cody drove almost 2 hours to fix our toilet leak in our rental unit with guests. He did a great job, was friendly and professional. We got a fair estimate and the work was completed same-day. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin!
Jorel was great! I booked online for an estimate and he came out the same day. He was very thorough in explaining what would be involved in the process and he also made recommendations for other improvements. Had a burst water main & Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out and re-piped my entire house to the city line. I initially had 0 problem with the job or the company. But this was on July 19th of 2016…fast forward to 3 weeks ago when I called for a simple request…I’m planning on selling my house shortly and was just looking for the documentation to show the new buyers that my home has been repiped by professionals.
