I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any of your plumbing needs. One of my toilets began leaking and Jeff Gladu (out of the company's Niceville, FL office) arrived at my house within just a couple of hours. He communicated regularly to let me know his ETA, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Also, when he found that I needed new parts, someone from his office about an hour away drove out and delivered the parts to him. My problem was fixed quickly that day. We had an emergency on Christmas Eve, called all around an obviously they were all closed. Called this company and they sent Steve who immediately got to work and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He identified the issue quickly and gave us the exact information we needed to resovle the issue, which we did the next day thanks to him. This is the company to call for emergencies and I behoove you to request Steve if possible.
