I had a leaking water heater on a Saturday. I had never had this issue and was not sure who to call, but through Angi’s list I was able to get a quote and get the work done same day by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our tech was Miguel Gonzalez - great help, wonderful attitude and above and beyond work. He made a difficult experience easy and quickly set us up with a new replacement. Definitely recommend him and this business.
Great service! Good prices! Miguel and Alex were super friendly and professional. We had a toilet replaced and a water filtration installed. Will definitely recommend and call back if needed.
Service was good. They were quick. I called and they arrived within an hour. They were able to fix my issue, but it was a little pricey. They give $76 discount, but you have to pay a $89 service fee, in addition to the cost of the repair. We paid about $300 to have spigot repaired. Ouch! Maybe that’s the going price, but I found it to be expensive. But we needed it done, so I guess that’s the price you pay for the convenience?!
Miguel and Ellie were fantastic. Came in after hours to get the job done. Very professional. Installed the new tank and removed the old one without any issues. Everything is working wonderfully now!
Miguel was awesome! He was able to diagnose and fix my issues. He did a thorough job and took his time. I would definitely recommend him!
