Excellent service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Alejandro was wonderful. He helped me resolve a plumbing fine I received from the city and took care of everything with the inspector. 1/22/25 Update: they came and replaced the tile no extra charge, floor looks exactly the same can’t tell the difference ————————————————————— They broke a floor tile by dropping a tool and now it has become impossible to speak with someone about it. Came in to find a possible leak used a camera, plumber was sure of leak even saw video of what looked like to be water and was chargers $89 said they would come back on Monday because they need to open a wall to locate it. Miguel IS THE BEST service/repair person I have had the pleasure of working with! He listens first, then he recommends and his recommendations make sense and are practical and as I found out at the end backed by his years of experience. He is not trying to sell a job he is selling the work that he knows will accomplish the fix. What amazed me too is the commitment to his work and commitment to quality. Alejandro was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Also very nice kind. He took care of arranging everything with my condo building. The water heater was installed, as promised, the very next morning.
Very disappointed with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They came out today to fix an issue and although a plumber was extremely gracious and very kind and he actually did a good job on what he was fixing, …things became complicated after he left. He had to shut off the water from the main valve to the house in order to do his job. After he left about an hour later, I turned the water on in the kitchen and was surprised to find that I had extremely terrible water pressure which was not the case before they had arrived.
