Miguel and Ellie were fantastic. Came in after hours to get the job done. Very professional. Installed the new tank and removed the old one without any issues. Everything is working wonderfully now!
Service was good. They were quick. I called and they arrived within an hour. They were able to fix my issue, but it was a little pricey. They give $76 discount, but you have to pay a $89 service fee, in addition to the cost of the repair. We paid about $300 to have spigot repaired. Ouch! Maybe that’s the going price, but I found it to be expensive. But we needed it done, so I guess that’s the price you pay for the convenience?!
Miguel was awesome! He was able to diagnose and fix my issues. He did a thorough job and took his time. I would definitely recommend him!
Facing a plumbing emergency and not knowing of any local plumbers, I took the The chance of Googling And after reading a few reviews decided to go with Ben Franklin. They took my call immediately and, provided me with an approximate arrival time. The technician Miguel was great and waited outside the gate until I was able to resolve an issue with Security who was not very cooperative. I will definitely use Ben Franklin again and I highly recommend them.
Marius and Alejandro provided best in class service, explanation, and consideration. I would welcome them into my home for service again in a heartbeat. I am grateful for their fantastic work and I sincerely recommend them. FIVE STARS! Thank you guys. 🙏
