We were looking for a while for a good, reasonable, and knowledgeable plumber which does not shy away from a challenging job. And... we hit the jackpot with Benjamin Franklin's employee Jessan!! He and his assistant were so precise and patience during a long day job. The it come was off the chain!! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from Lakeland were exceptional. The service was very timely and very professional. They answered at 6pm and had a technician here first thing in the morning by 945am. Brandon the technician explained everything thoroughly, gave us many different options and answered all our questions. We had a new hot water heater installed by 3pm the same day! We highly recommend their services!
Jose explained everything step by step before he proceeded to take care of our issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel very confident and relieved that our issues was quickly resolved.
We love Gustavo. He is the best. He took the time to explain everything that our home needed. Who would have known we needed our whole house needed new plumbing.
