Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from Lakeland were exceptional. The service was very timely and very professional. They answered at 6pm and had a technician here first thing in the morning by 945am. Brandon the technician explained everything thoroughly, gave us many different options and answered all our questions. We had a new hot water heater installed by 3pm the same day! We highly recommend their services!
We were looking for a while for a good, reasonable, and knowledgeable plumber which does not shy away from a challenging job. And... we hit the jackpot with Benjamin Franklin's employee Jessan!!
