can’t say enough good things about Andrew and Ben Franklin Plumbing! We live in a manufactured home that had a faulty hot water heater valve that caused a mess!… Andrew showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed in no time. Andrew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he even cleaned up everything before leaving. It’s such a relief to know I have a plumber I can trust—highly recommend!
I needed a plumber today and Benjamin Franklin delivered. I personally won't to thank Izzy for his professional and friendly attitude what a great combination for a highly skilled plumber to have.I have used several different plumbing companies over the 40 years I have resided in the Winter Haven area and by far this was the most professional experience I have ever had and thank you for making me know who I will call for all of my plumbing needs in the future!!
Andrew was absolutely outstanding! His communication was excellent, and his desire to understand the nature of the concern, address it, and ensure it was a quality experience end-to-end stood out to me as one of the best in recent memory. José was absolutely amazing. He fixed a faulty water line to my fridge and finished within 2 hours. He was kind and tested everything before leaving. Very much recommend his work and the service that was provided.
