Their technician Mr. Gustavo was professional and very knowledgeable, utilizing forty plus years of experience to replace a well pump on a thirty year old well. He literally looked at the system and formulated how and where to cut to make the replacement quick and easy. He definitely cares about the customer. He is the reason they received five stars. The gentleman that showed up was such a wonderful person to talk to. He helped us in a bad situation. The service was also the fastest I've ever seen. I will never forget his understanding and generosity. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely use again and recommend you.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from Lakeland were exceptional. The service was very timely and very professional. They answered at 6pm and had a technician here first thing in the morning by 945am. Brandon the technician explained everything thoroughly, gave us many different options and answered all our questions. We had a new hot water heater installed by 3pm the same day! We highly recommend their services!

Guest bathroom was clogged. Jose was able to come out the same day we called and fix it in just a few minutes. He took the time too explain how to know the difference in the septic being backed up or just the toilet. He was professional and friendly.

We are very happy with how quickly we were able to get a plumber at out place. It saved us time and money. And out plumber Brandon was AWESOME. We would definitely use this company again and hopefully we get the same plumber 😄
