Gustavo was amazing! He provided wonderful service, was very professional and just the kindest person you could meet. He’s such a wonderful representation for the company! We are so glad he was the one to come help us with our leak under our sink. It was fixed in about 5 minutes!
Benjamin Franklin company was very good with setting my appointment time and arriving when they said. Jose was excellent about letting me know what my issues were and quickly repairing a problem that that a rival company had not been able to repair in 3 days. Jose did a great job and cleaned after himself…..highly recommended!!!
My experience with this company has been mixed, but ultimately negative. My first encounter was when I needed a toilet fixed. Simple issue that was handled quickly. My second encounter was when my tankless water heater malfunctioned. The technician came out, said he didn’t have the right tools and said he would come back the next day. After a week, I called the dispatcher again and informed them that the technician never showed. They sent him back a few days later.
