Bill was on time , courteous and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and the cost before he started. He layed a pad down in the work area and when the job was completed he cleaned the whole area. He took all the old components and the clean up sheets out with him.
My problem was intermittent so I decided to wait to give a review. However after almost 2 weeks since the repair my problem appears to be solved. The service was professional and prompt. I would hire them again.
