I did not see Jeff until he left, but my wife said she liked him a lot. He called before he came and took about 45 minutes to check out our water heater, just as he said he would. Hot water is working fine.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did efficiently and promptly replace a hot water heater. Additionally they went above and beyond to modernize the main water cutoff for our home and properly install a filter for our ice maker. Their technicians were polite and courteous. We would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing service.
