We were having low water flow issues and thought it was a bad pressure regulator. Turns out the problem was our water softener ( which we knew wasn’t working well). They installed a new one same day and I’m happy to have a 10 year warranty. Very nice service provider.
The technicians are upfront on price and what they’re doing they would recommend things that should be done

Prompt, polite and knowledgeable
After being away for 5 weeks, we returned home on Super Bowl Sunday & had only a dribble of water from all faucets - NOT what we wanted to deal with after a long, two day drive. The next day, we called Ben Franklin (we already use One Time Heat & A/C) & they came out the same day, disconnected the softner that died so we could have water & installed a new water softner the next day. Two days later, we are back on track AND signed up for their service contract. Jeff did a great job!
I called on Valentine’s Day it was freezing cold outside and Donny Thurman worked very hard and did a wonderful job unclogged all drains until they ran freely. Thank you. Donny and Benjamin Franklin.
