I would have appreciated a more detailed invoice, but otherwise the service was fine and even included a modifications to make future shutoffs easier. Update: Jeff came back to take care of the leak that remained after a different crew had installed a new water line to the house. I wish I could give a review of actual "service" unfortunately I can't. I scheduled service with this company on 12/3 and was given an "appointment" (their words in their email and text, not mine) of 8-12 on 12/4. Great! It was not an emergency and that was their next available non-emergency "appointment". I was told a technician would reach out via text or phone call when they were 15-30 minutes away and to MAKE SURE to respond because I only had a 15 minute window to respond to keep my "appointment". Jeff did a great job at explaining my options with my tankless water heater. He was honest, communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thorough with all interactions. He went above and beyond to work with me when I was not at home for the installation. He communicated with me around every turn and made sure the installation went as smoothly as possible for me. Excellent service.

Rhodes was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained everything along the way. At first, I thought my quoted price to replace two bad valves and to remove the old kitchen sink and install the new one I purchased was high...that was until I watched Rhodes removing the old sink, which didn't want to come out. After carefully cutting the sink loose from the liquid nails that held it in place, he still had to custom cut the counter to fit the new sink, all with tools I don't own. Jeffery was very thorough and detailed in communicating with me on the status of repair to my water heater. While waiting on parts for repair, he continuously checked to ensure we still had hot water and as soon as the parts came in, he contacted me to schedule the date. You can tell he truly cares about people and his quality of service. Very much appreciated!!
