Mike Cook and Aidan did a great job with the drywalling after we had new water lines installed by Jun and is Benjamin Franklin team. The Benjamin Franklin teams took the time to make sure everything was done right and their work looks very good. We really appreciated the professionalism and integrity of this company. They keep their word and get things done right.

Steve was AWESOME!!! Needed an emergency repair on a hot water line leaking within a wall in the house. Call BFP after hours, and Steve was out same day within two hours. Very professional and the work he did is top tier. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Aug 24,2024… I noticed I had a leak near the master bathroom toilet. Since assuming it was from the toilet, I shut off the valve in the back then called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to come out. Taylor Jones came out. I tell him I think I have a leak from my toilet. Instead of actually checking, he tells he can’t fix the problem because I most likely have water damage underneath the floor & that I need to call a flooring guy to assess the problem before he comes back out to fix the toilet leak. They were able to come out for a simple request same day; Taylor was efficient and to the point. Loved that he didn’t try to push anything while giving us plenty of advice. We will definitely be using their services again when we start making the updates to the home that he recommended.
