The serviceman Ilija did an excellent job and was a great communicator. The compushould be very proud of him.
Plumber Alex found a point at which sub-zero temps had caused a frozen pipe to burst causing flooding. He contacted a demo/repair company to provide access to the burst pipe. Once they have done the demolition, he� ll return to repair two or more breaks in the water-supply pipe. I can then turn my water supply back on. The demo/repair company will then return to repair the structure, remove the water, and dry things out.
Fantastic quality
I have been having problems with the pilot light on my water heater for a while and Cristi got it going for me and showed me how to reset the control box. He also informed me that they donâ� � t replace the pilot light which I know needs done. Very helpful and knowledgeable and didnâ� � t charge me. Would recommend Ben Franklin and Cristi very professional!!
