Service was fast-no complains there. It was expensive, but problem was fixed. I am not sure how much actual knowledge they have to have. The repair had to both toilets becsuse i don't have pipe to acess the msin drain downstairs-anyway he did both toilets, but think he should have done the one downstairs first. He did not caulk around the one toilet, so i will have to do that. He discovered the toilet downstairs did not have a wax ring, i don't know why he didn't offer to fix that after removing from the base. I guess i expe... read more
