Installation process was good and I was given details of a replacement tank but I still haven't gotten invoice for what I paid for nor do I have warranty proof that I was promised, so that's the only minus.

the person came out today that looked at our water pump and everything it was great he did exactly what a plumber is supposed to do couldn't believe what we did not realize what was wrong thank God they came out I will recommend them 100%

The faucet we were given by a neighbor wasn’t 3 months old as we were told. The plumber checked it out before installation and because of the wear and tear of the faucet that looked much older than 3 months, he wouldn’t guarantee we wouldn’t have problems with possible leaks after installation. My husband failed to order a vital part to the faucet so we paid the service fee and installation wasn’t possible due to the items mentioned above.
