I attempted to rebuild my toilets and ran into trouble. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and got an appt the same day...a Saturday. Eric came called early (which i appreciated) and got started right away. He took time to explain what happened and make sure I was pleased with my repairs. He cleaned up well and even repacked the kit I had bought so i can return it. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Eric in particular!
I have been using this plumbing service in the Hoover area for years for waterheater install and flushes, toilet replacement, faucet repair or replacement, etc and have always had a positive experience. I am very pleased with my experience with Benjamin Franklin. The customer service is excellent all around with this company! I had a water heater replaced and Eric Lovelady and Colby were very professional and courteous. Their workmanship was great and they did a very thorough job. They even brought other plumbing issues to my attention that I wasn't aware of. I noticed water coming up from between my hard wood floors. I'm very thankful that Eric Lovelady was on call, to respond to my water leak. Eric was informative, professional, and his knowledge as a Master Plumber was apparent throughout the whole process. From assisting me with coordinating with a water restorative company, as well as, a professional leak detection agency, to help with pinpointing the exact location of the leak in the slab/wall, Eric went above and beyond.
