Cynthia was the supervisor of a plumbing job for me. From the beginning, when she arrived to lay out a plan for my problem, to the end of the project, she was there to make sure everything was done properly. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and professional. Only thing is she can use appliance dolly to get drum of salt in truck. I helped w/a ratchet n muscle power. In the future this dolly would make life easier for "one" person. She could use second set of hands. Most customers wouldn't help.
