Contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by email and within a few minutes received a call to set up visit for a quote. Cynthia arrived the next day and provided me a quote that I was agreeable to. She installed a new deep sink, faucet and a new garbage disposal and was very efficient, I couldn’t be any happier. So far my experience with this company has been excellent.
Got a few quotes from Benjamin Franklin for plumbing services. I didn’t end up going with them, but they were so nice and so cooperative, the communication was impeccable. They are definitely a solid company. I highly recommend Christopher Alexander. So patient And professional.
Had to re-pipe my entire house... Cynthia from Benjamin Franklin Plumming came out and walked me through the entire process and gave me a quote. The very next day, there were two people here doing the work, and they got done in an entire day working well into the night. Keep in mind prior to this, I haven't had water for 3 days and they got it done within a day! Five stars, all the way, highly recommend them. The franchise owner Randy is amazing.You will have no problem with these guys.
