Work quality was good, done quickly, but way overpriced for the minor job.
They acted professionally. They got to my plumbing problem very quickly. Very convenient, but kind of expensive.
Lets start out with "You get what you pay for ". Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are the true meaning of professional. When I called to have a few things done, they were there in a heartbeat. They explained their pricing structure and the guarantee on the workmanship. I expected a written quote in a couple of days but I had one in my hand before they left. They were polite, honest, and did the needed work in a timely manner. They discovered a carbon monoxide leak that could've killed me and my pets, and fixed the problem!
had a hot water tank let loose on a sunday about 2 pm. by 7pm the job was completed, cleaned up and the cost was reasonable. yes there was an emergency fee which i expected by i was appreciative to get it completed in such a quick time. excellent!
