It was fine. They did everything they could with what they had.
The gentlemen that worked on our project were very professional and accommodating.
Everything was fine but we do have to call as there is a small leak on one of the pipes

The job was done perfectly and the technician couldn� t have been nicer and knowledgeable. All first class. But $242 for one hour on the job, from the moment he arrived until he left, seemed high. But I know Plummer� s are expensive, but that seemed high. But I needed help and he did a great job.

Adam arrived at the time that was promised. He was very personable and cordial.We showed him the issue we were having with the furnace and he was able to repair it with little issues. I will recommend Ben Franklin to any one with plumbing issues. They have been a godsend to us including installing a new bathroom, sewage line issues (many), and other plumbing issues. Their work is excellent.
They were very quick to show up. I had 2 different problems and they took care of both in a timely fashion. They did not have the best situation to work in but did what it took to fix my problems I will definitely save their number and call them again.
