Was really pleased with the service. Was prompt and very professional. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Was in and out in less than 1 hr.
The electrician was very personable and he did fix my electrical problem, but the cost of the service was exorbitantly high. He did give me an estimate before-hand, but because it was a Friday afternoon in the middle of the pandemic lockdown and the issue involved my refrigerator, I went ahead and had them do the work. They charged me $400 for less than 30 minutes of work. They did solve the problem, but I will never use them again because of their pricing structure. Mr. Friday was extremely efficient with his work and came prepared with the supplies, time, and knowledge required to complete my breaker wiring and outlet install project upon arrival for our quote meeting. The project required multiple drywall incisions, which Mr. Friday performed with precision to locate them in inconspicuous places and minimize repair cost/effort. I sincerely appreciate the the his conscientiousness for both my time and downstream drywall costs.
My husband was totally awed with Mr. Friday when he came for the estimate. He answered all Mike's questions before he had to ask! He even asked that Mr. Friday do the work himself. Mr. Friday arrived when scheduled, replaced and repaired all the outlets and sockets and when a breaker problem was discovered he installed a temporary fix and arrived early the next morning and installed the new one. Everything went smoothly. We are thrilled to have our problems fixed.
