I wish I could give Payton more than 5 stars. He walked me through everything he was doing and communicated in a clear, transparent way. He was able to identify the cause of our HVAC issue--squirrels had damaged some wires near the outdoor unit--and make the repairs efficiently. Not only that, but he managed to capture and rehome one of the offending squirrels! This was an amazing service visit. Payton is a terrific, talented guy and we can't thank him enough.
I wanted to share my experience with Banks Quarles Plumbing Heat. My technician was Payton English. He came out to do our VIP Comfort inspection for the summer of 2025. First I would like to say how much care and time he took doing our inspection. He treated our home as if it was his own. He went over his concerns with my husband and I. Very prompt response- called at 9:00 am, service tech arrived by noon. Kevin was very courteous, listened well to understand our problems and was able to find and correct the issue. Provided great follow-up instructions to prevent problem from recurring. This was a lifesaver as we have company coming for the weekend. I would use Kevin again in a heartbeat.
Michael Rainey was polite, professional, and did quality work. The pricing was fair and he was honest about the work he was doing. I have a working dishwasher with updated pipes under the sink and could not be happier with the service provided. Thank you!
