Timothy N. was very courteous! He was efficient and he provided useful knowledge about the problem. He was very comfortable and confident at addressing any questions! You turned a bad situation into a more pleasant and manageable experience.
B & B did a great job. My a/c went out last night so I called them this morning at 9am and Jerry arrived at 11am. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also checked the coolant to be sure it was ok. All in all the service was great and priced reasonably. They did such a good job I signed up for their service management plan.
Duane was remarkable! He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my AC quickly! He was professional and very pleasant! He shared what the problem was in terms I could understand! In my opinion, he deserves special recognition by the company! I am grateful to have found your company and will definitely refer you to my friends and family! You have a new customer for life!! Wonderful service. Technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive t9 detail. Completed the repair almost immediately and had us back up and running. Also, I loved the online booking. We booked the service at 10:45 pm and only had to suffer through 1 hot night since B&B got us up and running before noon. Great job and I would highly recommend B&B.
Grant did an amazing job! He was there earlier than scheduled. He was very respectful of our property. He was tolerant of our pet. He went right to work with his helpers. They got it done efficiently and it is working great. If you need someone to work on your AC, I would absolutely recommend recommend Grant and B&B!!!
