Grant and Austin did an amazing job, very smooth, clean and detail orientated. They also took the Time to explain the unit and its capabilities to me! I highly recommend B&B
My heat pump had issues with it being in the teens outside. Contacted B&B and Jerry Holdt was dispatched within a few hours. Jerry was very nice and very thorough. He located the problem in minutes (bad capacitor on air handler fan). He had the part and had us up and working in minutes. I am very pleased with Jerry and have been a fan of B&B for years.
Our technician Jerry was the most laid back person whos helped our family. Not only did he fix it immediately but he also showed me all the issues and how to handle them in case it happens again. Good people. Great service.

I’d give them zero stars but that’s not an option. It’s nearly impossible to speak to an actual employee. They use a 3rd party phone service for scheduling. The service knows absolutely nothing about HVAC. You even get an AI generated message that the Tech is on the way. Then you have to pay windshield time for the hour and a half it took him to get to your house. And they bill by the hour.
