Called about 1:45pm to schedule a service call. Thermostat screen was blank, and application said it was offline. Got a text at 2:36 that technician was on the way. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Did some troubleshooting explaining what he was checking for and determined the thermostat was bad. Hand the new one installed, setup, and operating in less then an hour after arriving. Highly recommend B & B Heat and Air.

B&B was very responsive to get someone out here on a Saturday morning after an earlier call to them. Jerry was here in about 3 hours and fixed the issue fast and efficiently. I am very thankful for their always fast response to our needs. Jerry did a great job and was very courteous and explained how to prevent further issues.

I highly recommend B&B! Same day service and Ryan did a great job getting my 2 mini splits cooling again. He was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable!

Excellent service when we had our existing system serviced. So much so, we asked B&B to come back and install a mini-split. We were expecting a week or two, 3 days from when we said do-it. We will have them back out when our new building is done to install a system(s) in that. Treated us great.

I am beyond grateful to B&B for getting us in at such a short notice. Our service guy, Jason was professional and courteous! Not to mention knowledgeable. I have used B&B for several years and appreciate them.
