Grant and Austin did an amazing job, very smooth, clean and detail orientated. They also took the Time to explain the unit and its capabilities to me! I highly recommend B&B
Called around to several places and this place offers a 100% free consultation not on just new air units but repairs as well unlike other places. On time, didn't up-sell, price estimate was higher then actual price. Overall great experience and realistic time frames can't always fix issues same day due to parts and that's understandable

B&B has consistently shown up fast and early for appointments and fixed what other companies couldn’t. The customer service is phenomenal, and the only company in the Grand Lake area to use!
Jerry Holdt came out and tried to get our unit restarted. Ends up we need a compressor. He was very courteous and kind. Right on the ball. Will use B&B heating and air if we need them again.
