Timothy N. was very courteous! He was efficient and he provided useful knowledge about the problem. He was very comfortable and confident at addressing any questions! Thank you for a wonderful job in explaining the wet floor and what caused it and how to quickly manage the issue should it arise again. Thank you B&B for quickly responding! You turned a bad situation into a more pleasant and manageable experience.

Our technician Jerry was the most laid back person whos helped our family. Not only did he fix it immediately but he also showed me all the issues and how to handle them in case it happens again. Good people. Great service.

I’d give them zero stars but that’s not an option. It’s nearly impossible to speak to an actual employee. They use a 3rd party phone service for scheduling. The service knows absolutely nothing about HVAC. You even get an AI generated message that the Tech is on the way. Then you have to pay windshield time for the hour and a half it took him to get to your house. And they bill by the hour. When the Tech tells you he has to go back to the shop to get the proper replacement part he doesn’t come back and doesn’t communicate. I... read more

I called to request the annual membership service for Fall/Winter. Lonnie came out the same day I requested service. He was friendly, thorough and fast. I would highly recommend B&B as well as Lonnie for your heat/air needs.
