Water heater began leaking. Called Art and they were able to get a plumber out to check it and verify the heater tank was shot. Replaced it with a newer, better one. While there was sticker shock since my last replacement, I think the price out the door was in line with what I had been researching. Joe C. was very nice, knowledgeable, and did a very good install. Joe was clean and even though this job likely caused him to be home later than planned he remained very cheerful.
Mike and his team are very experienced. They are professional and organized when doing the job. Always on time. They have a great sales team , unfortunately they don’t deliver what is promised , not only did they open holes in my ceiling like savages (clearly the guy didn’t know how to do this ) , they had promised to finish the job meaning covering the holes witch they ended up saying it was a miscommunication , we agree to cover the cost , they said they were sending someone to give us an estimate , it’s been 2 weeks and that person never came . we found someone else to take care of their poor job .
