Today was a complete joke. We had a service windows from 12 to 2. We got a text saying they would be there at 1. No one arrived. We called the company at 2 and asked. They said our driver would be there in 30 minutes. Called them back at 2:30. Nobody was coming. Said they would have someone there by 3. Called back at 3. They promised someone would be out by 3:30. Our technician Jamie, was a pleasure to work with. This was his second trip to our home for a furnace check, after he repaired our AC last summer. I hope to see him again next spring for our AC check and hot water heater flush. Jamie was very friendly and professional. I feel confident that our old furnace and AC will have a prolonged life and reliable service after his thorough check and cleaning.

We called two companies before we tried calling Armor Air, but they didn't answer their phone; Armor Air answered on the first ring! and Tyler was at our house in less than an hour. Our furnace and air conditioning system had not worked in over two years, but Tyler found the problem immediately and had our heat back on in less than a half hour. My furnace was stuck on 66/67 degrees and wouldn't go any higher for some reason ! One of the guys forgot his name but He was very professional fast and was able to give us a quick diagnostics. Thank God all we needed was a filter replacement and he helped us order that immediately. Great service ✔️

We are grateful to have found Armor air for our furnace check up. Our technician, Fred Sergent,was very helpful with checking all important internal parts of our furnis. He was very efficient, very friendly and explained all that he found and what is necessary going foreword.
