We received 2 estimates from All Pro, one emailed and one verbally communicated/shown on clipboard on site ($1,223 and $1,530 respectively). The $1,223 estimate was to "chisel out the broken vertical pipe in our sewer clean-out and replace it." The $1,530 estimate was to "replace the entire Tee in our sewer clean-out and use two Couplers to secure it in place." Beware of this company they installed a kitchen sink at my mothers house and it fell down within a year and supposedly they did a repipe and water service but as you can see, they never did but they charged her. I will never use them and I recommend nobody else does I had to call another plumbing company true plumbers and they fixed everything that All Pro did.
Todd came out and finished up a big job we had going on at our residence. Was delightful and hard-working finish. The job cleaned up behind his self. Would highly recommend this company all pro Plumbing and Todd for any of your Plumbing needs.
Awesome, awesome, awesome! All Pro Plumbing and in particular Todd were incredible. Water heater ruptured last night and I called All Pro at 8am and Todd showed up before 11 and water heater was replaced in just hours. Todd was extremely professional and courteous. Explained my options well and once he knew what I wanted he was in it! Hot water is back on and working well! I highly recommend All Pro and Todd for your plumbing needs! A great experience in a bad situation. Thanks Todd and All Pro!
All PRO was amazing. I called and within an hour they were here. It wasn't an emergency, but if it had been their response time would be awesome. Pricing was fair, but I really had no one to compare it to. Santiago was the person who came, he was exceptionally nice, introduced himself, examined the problem, gave a quote and on approval to proceed he completed the work. I would call and request him again and have already recommended him to my neighbors. Thank you.
