Update to my previous review... To summarize I ran into a miss-diagnoses issue for my leaking toilet, and was quoted for things that were most likely not necessary to fix the problem. The owner has since reached out and has given me a full refund for the diagnostic fee and paid for the repair that I ended up having completed by someone else. UPDATE! They have reached out and offer 100% refund. Original Post: Stay away, they charged $400 just to wash the filter that took no more than 1 minute! Unreasonably over charging!
Beware of this company they installed a kitchen sink at my mothers house and it fell down within a year and supposedly they did a repipe and water service but as you can see, they never did but they charged her. I will never use them and I recommend nobody else does I had to call another plumbing company true plumbers and they fixed everything that All Pro did.
Brian was FANTASTIC!!! Not only was he very kind, he was professional, courteous, thoughtful, and he took care of the problem immediately. He also explained every step of the way. if I could give Brian 10 stars I would. I most definitely recommend him. Thank you so much for your hard work, Brian!
We received 2 estimates from All Pro, one emailed and one verbally communicated/shown on clipboard on site ($1,223 and $1,530 respectively). The $1,223 estimate was to "chisel out the broken vertical pipe in our sewer clean-out and replace it." The $1,530 estimate was to "replace the entire Tee in our sewer clean-out and use two Couplers to secure it in place."
