UPDATE! They have reached out and offer $250 refund. Original Post: Stay away, they charged $400 just to wash the filter that took no more than 1 minute! Unreasonably over charging! Do Not Hire them! Update #2: $137 I paid???? I paid $387!!! you refunded $250 because even you understood that it was too much! Beware of this company they installed a kitchen sink at my mothers house and it fell down within a year and supposedly they did a repipe and water service but as you can see, they never did but they charged her. I will never use them and I recommend nobody else does I had to call another plumbing company true plumbers and they fixed everything that All Pro did.
We received 2 estimates from All Pro, one emailed and one verbally communicated/shown on clipboard on site ($1,223 and $1,530 respectively). The $1,223 estimate was to "chisel out the broken vertical pipe in our sewer clean-out and replace it." The $1,530 estimate was to "replace the entire Tee in our sewer clean-out and use two Couplers to secure it in place." Santiago and All Pro as a company are top notch. I am a GM of a gym chain and use them on a regular basis. ALWAYS professional. Communication is amazing and when things might cost more. They always explain why and never do anything without approval first. Any sort of plumbing issue. Definitely call these guys.
Brian totally went the extra mile to repair our underground leak! He braved a beehive in the water meter and chopped through numerous tree roots ( took hours), all with a smile and joyful attitude. We are very satisfied and grateful for all his hard work! Highly recommend him!
