Woke up this morning to a flood of water coming out of our water heater drain on the back porch. Checking the water heater the drain pan was also wet. I called AAA SERVICE and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Andrei was amazing! This was NOT something we were prepared for, and I was worried the cost would be prohibitive. Andrei came out for plumbing work, and he was both very efficient and extremely personable. He explained things concisely and confirmed every step of the way that my issue was being resolved.
Andrei squeezed me in on short notice to fix a gas leak in my water heater. He has done other work for my family in the past and is always so nice, courteous and professional. I recommend him 1000%!
