Woke up this morning to a flood of water coming out of our water heater drain on the back porch. Checking the water heater the drain pan was also wet. I called AAA SERVICE and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Andrei was amazing! This was NOT something we were prepared for, and I was worried the cost would be prohibitive. We experienced some sewage back up in our shower drain. AAA was great in sending someone quickly. Carlos was efficient in clearing the drain. He was very polite and professional. When he left it appeared as if he wasn't even here. So sweet that he even offered to shovel snow for me. Thank you for your service.
