We experienced some sewage back up in our shower drain. AAA was great in sending someone quickly. Carlos was efficient in clearing the drain. He was very polite and professional. When he left it appeared as if he wasn't even here. So sweet that he even offered to shovel snow for me. Thank you for your service.
Woke up this morning to a flood of water coming out of our water heater drain on the back porch. Checking the water heater the drain pan was also wet. I called AAA SERVICE and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Andrei was amazing! This was NOT something we were prepared for, and I was worried the cost would be prohibitive. Andrei came out for plumbing work, and he was both very efficient and extremely personable. He explained things concisely and confirmed every step of the way that my issue was being resolved.
We had water coming from the floorboard behind the wall behind the washing machine. I was worried a pipe burst in the cold weather. Carlos came out the same day that I called and ran a scope to check it out, and it turns out the water in the pipe was just frozen. No damage at all and he told me to just let it thaw. He didn't even charge me for the work! Would highly recommend AAA Service Plumbing and I will definitely be calling them again.
